We understand that life might bring you unexpected situations that can affect your plans. As part of our cancellation policy we can only give you 100% of your money back (minus the costs of bank transfers and processing fees) if you cancel 48 hours prior to the start date of the webinar. Please make a note that refunds might take up to 2 weeks to be refunded back into your bank account. If a refund is requested you will need to send an email to contact@lamusa.tv with the title refund on it.

All of the webinars will be recorded live, so you will be able to access your content at any time and replay it. If you have any questions about the content you can send me an email mk@lamusa.tv and I will answer you in the next 48 hours or you can ask in the private FB group and someone who attended will be able to answer. If you still need more clarification you can go ahead an email me directly.

As part of the Activate Your Muse program you will get 4 private one on one 30 minute private coaching sessions with me.This sessions are available for you to use from the beginning of the program up to 6 months after your registration date. This is valued at USD$240. To reserve your space please send an email to mk@lamusa.tv with title My 1st Coaching session and add if it’s number 1, number 2, etc. I am fully bilingual Spanish/English so we can have it in either language if it suits you best. Everything you will share with me or that I will share with you about my personal life will be asked to keep between you and me. I will never reveal your identity or your experiences with anyone and I expect the same in return. What goes in our private coaching sessions stays in the coaching sessions.

That is a very good question. All of your personal information will never be sold or shared without your prior consent.  I agree to keep your name always confidential. If in the case that you would like to share a testimonial about your experience with our program and working with me it will be entirely because you want to and we would love you for ever! If there’s a situation that I will find helpful for others to learn based on your experience, I might use your example but never by disclosing your name or your location.

We ask you to not share any of the materials that you will be receiving: Meditations, PDF’s or others with 3rd parties. This material is the result of many hours of research and life experience put together to those who have made an effort to receive the teachings. I already give out a lot of free information and I give of my time and resources to serve people who cannot pay for the services.
